About Us

Convenient Appliance Service is a major home appliance authorized service provider established in February 1990. Starting with just two technicians, we have grown into a company with 20 technicians and three locations. We have offices in Winston-Salem, Raleigh and Greensboro, North Carolina. Our mission is to provide quality in-home service at the customer's convenience. We provide warranty service for most major brands as well as out-of-warranty service. For do-it-yourself repair, we offer a full line of parts that can be purchased at our sales counters or online.
